Notice is hereby given that the shareholders of the
above-named company voted to liquidate the company and distribute surplus assets.
In terms of section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders resolved to appoint Rhys Michael Barlow, chartered accountant of Wellington, as liquidator on the
