Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Geoffrey M. Abbott and Priscilla C. Roberts, accountants and management consultants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of R C Host Limited (in liquidation) on the 9th day of May 2000, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators of R C Host Limited (in liquidation) fix the 9th day of June 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
