Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 9th day of May 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Seath Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Graeme Law Ingham of Mora Malcolm & Rassell, chartered accountants of Tauranga, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 9th day of May 2000.
