Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
On the 9th day of May 2000, the above-named company passed a special resolution to be liquidated and appointed Raymond G. Burgess of Auckland as liquidator.
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes the 31st day of May 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
