Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Ewan Richard Gardiner, chartered accountant of Gardiner Knobloch, was appointed liquidator of Solstice Company Limited.
The liquidation is voluntary and is to be carried out as the company has ceased trading and a solvency certificate has been completed.
The liquidation commenced on the 12th day of April 2000.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to Ewan Gardiner at Wilket House, Shakespeare Road, Napier, on telephone No. (06) 835 5018.
Notice is also hereby given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 8th day of June 2000, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
