Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that by a duly called special meeting of the above-named company on the 3rd day of May 2000, a special resolution was passed by the company stating that the company be wound up and Stuart Douglas Robertson be appointed as liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of A D Whatmough Contracting Limited (in liquidation) fixes the 30th day of June 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claim is made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

A meeting of creditors is to be held on Monday, the
15th day of May 2000 at 9.30 a.m. at the offices of
Grant Thornton, 109 Cameron Street, Whangarei.
