Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act and Part XVI of the Companies Act and Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that at a duly constituted meeting of members of the Te Kuiti Club Incorporated, held at Te Kuiti on the 21st day of March 2000, the members resolved to place the club in voluntary liquidation, and Russell Dickens Young, chartered accountant of Te Kuiti, was appointed liquidator.
