Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
William Oliver Ferguson and Bernard Spencer Montgomerie, insolvency practitioners, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Elliffe's Appliance World Limited (in liquidation) on the 19th day of April 2000 by order of the High Court, Rotorua.
Notice is given that the undersigned fixes the 9th day of June 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
