Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Robert A. Cross, chartered accountant of Ernst & Young, was appointed as liquidator of Jeffries Properties Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of April 2000.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to Robert A. Cross, at 100 Willis Street, Wellington, on telephone No. (04) 499 4888.
Notice is also given that the liquidator does hereby fix the date of 28th May 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 321 of the Companies Act.
