Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Richard Dale Agnew, chartered accountant of Auckland, and Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, were appointed by the shareholders as joint and several liquidators of Expo Engineering Limited (in liquidation).
The liquidation commenced on the 27th day of April 2000.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the companies during normal business hours to Janine Kemp
at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Auckland or on telephone No. (09) 355 8513.
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 27th day of July 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
