Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Stephen Grey, chartered accountant of Chester Grey Chartered Accountant Limited, was appointed as liquidator of Greer Enterprises Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 19th day of April 2000.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to Stephen Grey at 230 Great South Road, Papatoetoe on telephone No. (09) 277 8278.
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 8th day of May 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
