Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Public Notice Required to be Given
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) and Part XVI of the Companies Act 1993 and Section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that at a duly constituted meeting of Te Kuiti Club Incorporated held at Te Kuiti on the 21st day of March 2000, the members resolved to place the club in voluntary liquidation and Russell Dickens Young, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of the club.
It is not proposed to call a creditors meeting, as it is envisaged there will be sufficient funds to pay all creditors once assets have been sold.
Surplus funds are in terms of rule 30 to be paid to some charitable institution to be determined by the members.
Public notice has been placed in the Waitomo News and the Waikato Times and all known creditors and members have been notified.
