Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
Pursuant to an order of the High Court at Rotorua dated the 17th day of April 2000, Thomas Lee Rodewald and Sheree Ann Jefferson, chartered accountants of Te Puke, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies.
Creditors should file claims with the liquidator by the
17th day of June 2000.
Creditors and shareholders may make direct inquiries to the liquidators' assistant, Rozanna Waiari, during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.
