Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 18th day of April 2000, it was resolved by the shareholders of the company that Norman Leslie Johnston, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator of the company with effect from 5.00 p.m. on the 18th day of April 2000.
