Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 18th day of April 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Act, that Regent Properties Limited be liquidated and that Colin Gordon Powell, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 18th day of April 2000.
