Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 14th day of April 2000, it was resolved by the shareholders of the company that Andrew W. Jacobsen, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator of AJ & E Meikle Limited (in liquidation), with effect from 5.00 p.m. on the 14th day of April 2000.
