Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 342 of the Companies Act 1993, David Murray Blanchett and Peter Ross McLean, both of Hamilton, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the New Zealand assets of Tasman Charters Inc.
The liquidation commenced on the 14th day of April 2000.

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the
31st day of May 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
