Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Christopher Adrian Walker, chartered accountant of Walker & Co Limited, and Mark Ian Clapson, chartered accountant of Walker & Co Limited, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Systemaddict Limited (formerly ZZ Soft Limited).
The liquidation commenced on the 14th day of April 2000.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to Mark Clapson at 9 Rendall Place, Eden Terrace, Auckland on telephone number (09) 379 4885.
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the
22nd day of May 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
