Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of
the above-named company on the 31st day of March 2000, voluntarily appointed Paula Anne Kearns, chartered accountant of JPK Solutions Limited, as liquidator of the company.
The voluntary liquidation will commence on the 31st day of March 2000.
Any inquiries by creditors or shareholders may be directed to the liquidator.
