Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On the 29th day of March 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Page Morgan Limited (previously known as Timaru Stationers Limited) be liquidated and that Graeme Norman Davey, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 29th day of March 2000.
