Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that Robert Gordon Foster, chartered accountant of Auckland, has been appointed liquidator of Castlerock Group Limited.
The company has ceased trading and the shareholders have resolved to place the company in voluntary liquidation with effect from the 3st day of December 1999.
The liquidator has determined the 4th day of February 2000 as the date by which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any title they have to priority under sections 312 and 313 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made, or to raise appropriate objection, as the case may be.
Inquiries by creditors may be directed to the liquidator during normal business hours.
