David Ross Petterson and Bruce McCallum, chartered accountants, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of High Win (N.Z.) Limited on the 10th day of April 2000 by the High Court at Wellington.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
A meeting of creditors of High Win (N.Z.) Limited (in liquidation) will be held at the offices of McCallum Petterson & Co, Level Eight, City Tower, 95 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, on Monday, the 1st day of May 2000, at 10.00 a.m.
Agenda
To consider:
1. Whether to confirm the appointment of the liquidators or to make an application to the Court for the appointment of another liquidator.
2. Resolutions expressing the views of creditors.
3. Whether to appoint a liquidation committee.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed the 31st day of May 2000, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
