Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 23rd day of December 1999, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Elmar Express Photography Limited be liquidated and that David Gordon Lowbridge Bennett of Bennett Currie Limited, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The directors have signed a certificate of solvency.
The liquidation commenced on the 23rd day of December 1999.
