David Vance and Keith Palmer, chartered accountants, were appointed liquidators, jointly and severally, of Cucine Design Limited, on the 3rd day of April 2000 by the High Court at Wellington.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
There will be no meeting of creditors.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed the 19th day of May 2000, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared, will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distibution.
