Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (b) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 7th day of April 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Hamatana Enterprises Limited be liquidated and that Grant Dixon of Withers & Co Limited, chartered accountants, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 7th day of April 2000.
