Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 4th day of April 2000, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be liquidated and that Russell Zelany Christensen of Eltham be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
