Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 30th day of March 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a)
of the Companies Act 1993, that Reconstruction Limited (formerly Oakwood Securities Limited) be voluntarily liquidated and that Christopher John Swann, chartered accountant of Dunedin, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of March 2000.
The company is solvent and is being wound up as part of a rearrangement of the affairs of the shareholders.
