Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
In the matter of section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Winform Enterprises Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that by special resolution passed on the 5th day of April 2000, in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the above-named company was placed in liquidation and Lawrence George Chilcott and Peter Charles Chatfield, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
