Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, that, pursuant to unanimous resolution of the shareholders in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Arthur Maund Leonard McKean was appointed liquidator of the
above-named company on the 28th day of March 2000.
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of March 2000.
The liquidator does hereby fix the 17th day of May 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case
may be, from objecting to any distribution.
If any creditor shall make a claim, the liquidator shall hold a meeting of creditors.
The company was formerly known as Bird Trading Company Limited and is being liquidated for restructuring purposes.
