Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that Peter Reginald Jollands, insolvency practitioner, and Catherine Jane Jollands, accountant, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Axxe Computers Limited (in liquidation).
The liquidation commenced on the 3rd day of April 2000.
The liquidators hereby fix the 12th day of May 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 312 and section 313 of the Companies Act 1993.
