Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 31st day of March 2000, the above-named company passed a special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, stating that Nocasan Aljen Limited be liquidated and that Curtis John Mounfort, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed as liquidator.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to the liquidator during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.
A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with sections 243 (8) and (9) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes the 1st day of May 2000, as the day on or before the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
