Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993
On the 7th day of April 2000, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that F L & E M Chard Limited be liquidated and that Lindsay Bruce Keys of Pukekohe be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 7th day of April 2000.

Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, the directors resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
