Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that on the 30th day of March 2000, in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the company was placed in liquidation and Geoffrey Alexander Hamilton, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed as liquidator.
A certificate of solvency, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, has been completed by the directors.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes the 28th day of April 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
