Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

We, Joseph Craig McNeill and Stephen James Scott, chartered accountants of Feilding, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Horoeka Farm Limited by special resolution of the shareholders on the 29th day of March 2000, the date that the liquidation commenced.
