Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, by way of special resolution at a special meeting of the shareholders of the company,
James Bruce Alfred McAlister and Christopher Campbell Carswell were appointed liquidators of the above-named company on the 31st day of March 2000.
The liquidation commenced on the 31st day of March 2000.
