Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
On the 30th day of March 2000, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to paragraph 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that de Lacey Furnishings Co. Limited be liquidated and that Paul Andrew de Lacey of Paul de Lacey & Associates, chartered accountants, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of March 2000.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company to the liquidator during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.
Pursuant to section 245 (1) (a) (b) of the Companies Act 1993, notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of de Lacey Furnishings Co. Limited (in liquidation) does hereby fix the 20th day of April 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
