Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, Gary Traveller and John Howard Ross Fisk, both chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Sunset Cleaning Co Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 3rd day of April 2000.

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the
28th day of April 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
