Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 1st day of April 2000, it was resolved by special resolution that Horticulture Services Limited be liquidated and that Kevin R. Lewis of Auckland be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of April 2000.
