Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Sections 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 31st day of March 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Montecino Enterprises Limited (in liquidation) be liquidated and that David Stanley Duns and Glen Allan Stapley, chartered accountants of Duns and Partners, be appointed liquidators for the purpose.
We advise that this is a liquidation of a solvent company, undertaken as part of the restructuring process of the group.
