Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the company commenced on the 27th day of March 2000 when the members appointed Daran Nair, chartered accountant, as liquidator of the company, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
The liquidators hereby fixes the 7th day of April 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are required to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
