Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 26th day of March 2000, it was resolved by the board of directors, pursuant to section 241 (2) (b) of the Companies Act 1993, that Textile Industries Limited be liquidated and that D. R. and C. A. Hastie, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 26th day of March 2000.
