Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
John Anthony Wheelans gives notice that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, I was appointed liquidator of Shearten Developments Limited by a resolution of the shareholders with effect from the 8th day of December 1999.
