Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 24th day of March 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Wool Exchange (Dunedin) Limited be liquidated and that David C. Gardner, chartered accountant of Dunedin, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 24th day of March 2000.
