Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of East Care Dental Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 27th day of March 2000, the shareholders of East Care Dental Limited passed a special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Ronald Yee, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator of the company.
A resolution as to solvency, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, has been passed by the directors.
