Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator (shareholders' voluntary liquidation of solvent company)
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 17th day of March 2000, it was resolved by the shareholders of the company that Albert Ashley Tubman,
chartered accountant of Waihi, be appointed liquidator of the company, with effect from 5.00 p.m. on the 17th day of March 2000.
