Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 22nd day of March 2000, the shareholders of the above-named company passed a special resolution that the company be placed into liquidation, having filed a resolution as to the solvency, pursuant to section 243 (8) and 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993, and that Rowan John Chapman, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.
