Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 20th day of March 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Inanga Farms Limited be liquidated and that Richard George Hughes, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of March 2000.
