Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
On the 21st day of March 2000, the above-named company passed a special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, to appoint Curtis John Mountfort, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator.
The liquidator of Creative Display Limited (in liquidation) fixes the 2nd day of May 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under
section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
