Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993
On the 21st day of March 2000, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that The Balcony Limited be liquidated and that Thomas Lee Rodewald and Sheree Ann Jefferson, chartered accountants of Te Puke, be appointed as liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 21st day of March 2000.
