Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993
On the 22nd day of March 2000, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 122 of the Companies Act 1993, that Havelock Village Rest Home Limited be liquidated and that John Richard Palairet, chartered accountant of Napier, be appointed as liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 22nd day of March 2000.
